Similar to its predecessor, in The World R:Fusion skills and spells are still inherent to a class, not a weapon. These abilities are acquired as a player raises his/her level or through special events and class extensions. The Wave Master and Harvest Cleric classes can only use spells, not skills, but this does not mean they cannot use their staff/rod in a normal melee attack (i.e. swinging at an enemy) although they can hardly do any damage this way.
